With the NSW state government lifting the first level of restrictions on Friday it is appropriate that we set aside time to praise God for His goodness in protecting us as a Church and a nation so far and to ask him for continued help in the next step that we have to recovery. To this end can I ask you set aside time tomorrow for prayer and praise? And to consider doing it with us. We have set up ZOOM meetings at 7am, 12:30pm and 7pm specifically for this time (details in the service). But you might like to give someone a call or visit someone to pray together at this time.

We all would like Church to be back to normal but this is unlikely to happen for a number of months at the earliest. The key thing is for us to keep connected to God and to continue to travel this path together. Last week we heard that we are a spiritual house, with Christ as the cornerstone and together as living stones we are a chosen people, a royal priesthood,  a holy nation, a people belonging to God. Let's display that today!
